When will the items be mail out?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends/PH) upon verification of payment.

Executive Room will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer or visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.

Are there any returns or refunds given if defective / faulty Items received?

All goods sold are non-returnable/non-refundable

Requests for exchanges are allowed only if you have received a defective or faulty item

To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must take a snapshot of the Defective/Faulty area and email it to us at: hello@executiveroom.com.sg

The faulty item must be returned

However a refund will only be processed if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges.

Is there any corporate rates for companies who are interested to get your items for events and functions?

Yes, there will be corporates rates at a much affordable price for companies (Local or overseas) who wish to purchase 30 or above.
